How to imagine it?

Our products help customers and system integrators in 37 countries to provide precise indoor positioning in a real time. As our HW and SW solution is based on innovative technology and targets still a fresh market of the internet of things we are getting many organic inquiries.

Daily, the Sales Representative consults the project requests coming from anywhere in the world. In practice, you will gather all information that you will need to understand and identify client strategic objectives to evaluate the feasibility of application of our technology to given project and to present the optimal solution from both business and technical perspective. Don’t worry, for the technical side of the project, you will be supported by the team of technical consultants.

We operate in a global B2B market on indirect sales model fueled solely by our partner network. Your role here is to build and nurture strong and long-term relationships with our current partners. You will also need to identify, recruit and onboard new Sewio solution partners, however, the current ones will keep you busy for most of the time.

Given the youth of the market, you will also educate partners and partner clients about our technology and product’s capabilities. All to leverage Sewio to bring them great business results and meet the assigned sales objectives and quotas for you.

Who are we looking for?

A person with excellent presentation skills, business writing skills and oral communication with a proven experience in selling on B2B market. As we realize almost all of our revenue abroad, good level of English is a must, while additional language is a plus.

It will make your job easier if you have previous experience within Industry vertical, however, it’s not crucial.

As our product combines innovative HW and SW we are looking for a person, who enjoys strengthening his technical education by participation in regular technical training.

You will closely work with existing and new partners, therefore you will travel occasionally to consult their projects on site or just to visit them for regular business updates.

How does the job interview work?

We believe that interview is not a one-sided meeting, it should answer questions and bring value to everyone involved. That’s why within the usual timeframe of 60 minutes we not only ask questions about your experiences, skills, and motivations but also reserve plenty of time for your questions to make sure that there is a good fit on both sides.

We don’t ask any tricky questions (“If you were a bicycle part, which part of the bicycle would you be?”) and we don’t use any psychological test. Simply put, we want to get to know you and we want you to get to know us.
