In the new version of the RTLS Studio (v1.6) and Anchors with the new firmware (v3.0 and higher), it is possible to have the server and the Anchors in different subnets. Unfortunately, if you are using an older version of the RTLS Studio and your Anchors have an older firmware, it is necessary to place them in the same subnet. Otherwise, you need to update both the RTLS Studio and the Anchors’ firmware.
