Data processing: It takes raw location data, cleans and filters it, and puts it in context so you can use it effectively.

Analytics: Once the data is processed, the app transforms it into simple graphs that highlight issues and allow you to track trends.

What Answers Does myRTLS Insights Give You?

The RTLS dashboards provide metrics for operators, team leaders, and managers. Each of them sees just what they need, without the noise.  

  • Track performance: Operators can easily see if they’re hitting targets or falling behind.
  • Identify bottlenecks: Quickly find delays or imbalances in workstation loads. Take action to keep production moving smoothly.

  • Analyze trends: Look at past data on throughput, dwell time and material flow. This helps spot areas that need improvement.

  • Workstation performance: Operators can see if they’re on track with easy gauge graphs. These show completed orders versus targets, workstation use and time spent at each station.
  • Team leader insights: Monitor dwell times and work order progress at each workstation. This way, team leaders can quickly address delays and boost performance.
  • Production line overview: Track material flow and average dwell times. Look for production trends to identify the root causes of inefficiencies.

On-premisesIf you want your data on-site, myRTLS Insights lets you collect and process it locally. You still get the dashboards and visualizations in the cloud. 

The BI Connector sends RTLS data straight to your business intelligence tools. There, you can analyze it deeper and connect it with other systems.
