Event/B2B Marketing Specialist
Who Are We?
We’re a growing technology scaleup with a startup spirit. We develop and manufacture an extremely accurate system for real-time indoor tracking and localization of almost anything in production halls, warehouses, and distribution centers.
With our technology, by 2028, we plan to make more than 10,000,000 m² of production and warehouse spaces safer and more efficient. Right now, we have 40+ people working hard in six countries to make this happen. These countries are Czechia, USA, Germany, Spain, Slovakia and Slovenia.
We serve customers in 45 countries. Some are well-known companies like Volkswagen, Continental, Velux, Budweiser Budvar, and Toyota.
Whom are we looking for and what will you do?
We’re seeking a candidate with skills akin to a Community Manager and Partner/Channel Manager. If you understand marketing well and excel in communication and organization, you’re the one we need to:
- Identify tailored marketing opportunities within our Global Partner Network: We have a set of marketing activities we could pursue with each partner, but they need to be customized for each partner.
- Collaborate on and execute mutual marketing activities, such as our successful “Lunch and Learn” events, which are local events organized with our partners.
- Identify and manage external events and their sponsorship.
- Manage Internal team-building events four times a year.
- Oversee our Partner Program and its administrative tasks.
- Handle marketing warehouse duties.
To thrive in this role, it would be beneficial if you have:
- Interpersonal skills: Above all, we value self-organization, persistence, and exceptional communication abilities.
- High agency and ownership: You’ll be responsible for every aspect of mutual marketing activities with partners, from introduction to execution and evaluation. This requires dedication.
- Language: Proficiency in English is required.
- Environment: Previous experience in B2B global marketing is advantageous but not essential.
- Travel: Occasional travel to events throughout the year to meet existing and new partners will be necessary.
- CMS: Experience with any content management system (CMS).
