What does the job involve?

Our products help customers and system integrators in 37 countries to provide precise indoor positioning in a real time. As our HW and SW solution is based on innovative technology and targets still fresh market of internet of things we are getting many organic inquiries. They range from idea verifications through project descriptions to comprehensive RFP’s. They are coming from university students, through system integrators to the biggest worldwide enterprises. We value each of these inquiries and want to support them accordingly.

Therefore, we are looking for someone who will work with our prospect customers and partners to find what they want, create solutions and ensure a smooth sales process.

We operate solely in B2B market where deals are more complex, time-consuming and include multiple decision makers. This all means that the position of Inside Sales representative involves lots of communication to diverse personas on the outside as well as different roles inside our company.

Who are we looking for?

More than anything we seek for a person with a good level of English, great communication skills,
self-organized and persistent person who is willing to learn about indoor positioning technology to be able to help our customers leveraging our real-time location system (RTLS) to solve their business needs.

To excel in this role, you will need to know our product inside and out, so most of your training will be done on the job. So, the position is suitable also for fresh graduates and it represents great kickstart to a career in technology-oriented sales.

How does the job interview work?

We believe that interview is not a one-sided meeting, it should answer questions and bring value to everyone involved. That’s why within the usual timeframe of 60 minutes we not only ask questions about your experiences, skills, and motivations but also reserve plenty of time for your questions to make sure that there is a good fit on both sides.

We don’t ask any tricky questions (“If you were a bicycle part, which part of the bicycle would you be?”) and we don’t use any psychological test. Simply put, we want to get to know you and we want you to get to know us.
